給食のごはんは大好き

コッペパンは嫌い

牛乳のお供はごはん

揚げパンなんて一番嫌い

給食のあった９年間、一口も口にせず、毎朝お母さんの朝食と化してたパン

どうして今こんなにパンが好きなんだろう

無性にあのコッペパンを食べたいと思った

I loved the softy cooked rice for a school meal.

But I hated the merciless dry bread.

I drank milk as I ate rice,

and the deep-fried, sugared bread was the worst as long as I remember.

For the entire 9 years they provided me the school lunch, I never had their bread and it served as my mom's everyday's breakfast.

Why do I love bread so much now?

I would love to finish that dry bread now if there's one in front of me now.
